The Challenge
The client was struggling with a bloated, sluggish Shopify theme weighed down by excessive plugins, causing drop-offs in their US market sales.
The Architecture
We stripped the site back to its core. We applied a headless-style performance optimisation, removed conflicting plugins, and seamlessly integrated their new corporate identity into a highly optimised Shopify architecture.
