We didn't just want to build websites for clients; we wanted to prove we could engineer and scale a highly complex, consumer-facing SaaS product from the ground up. BudgetFitter is a comprehensive discount directory, affiliate marketplace, and cashback ecosystem designed for the UK market.
Triple-Frontend Sync: We developed a seamless user experience across three distinct platforms — a blazing-fast web platform, native iOS/Android apps (Flutter), and a real-time browser extension. All three communicate via a heavily customised WordPress API and Firebase for real-time state management.
Custom Cashback & Wallet Engine: We built a highly complex, bespoke financial logic system from scratch. As users complete transactions through partner links, the system tracks affiliate webhooks, calculates user shares, deposits funds into a virtual wallet, and allows users to redeem balances for automated digital gift cards.
AI-Augmented Administration & UX: We integrated advanced LLM capabilities directly into the core. For users, AI parses complex merchant terms and generates intelligent summary boxes. For administrators, AI-powered panels automate data entry and deal curation, drastically reducing operational overhead.
MCP Server & Future-Proofing: We engineered a bespoke Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, allowing external AI tools to securely read our discount directories — making BudgetFitter's data natively accessible to the next generation of AI assistants.
